This loving-kindness, guided meditation fosters feelings of compassion and empathy, promotes emotional well-being and enhances relationships by cultivating kindness towards oneself and others.

SHORT SITTING MEDITATION

This short, sitting meditation offers a quick and effective way to reduce stress, improve focus, and find mental clarity, making it an accessible tool for busy individuals to integrate mindfulness into their daily routines.

THE MOUNTAIN MEDITATION

This meditation encourages us to seek inner stability and peace, even in the face of unpredictable change and chaos.

ANCHOR MEDITATION

This is a meditation where we explore using different anchors to root your awareness into the present moment like an anchor that roots a ship to one place.

SIMPLY STOPPING MEDITATION

This short guided meditation invites you to simply stop, to be still and present in the moment.

BODY SCAN MEDITATION

This guided meditation invites you to systematically focus your attention on different parts of your body, from your feet to the muscles in your face. It is designed to help you develop a mindful awareness of your bodily sensations and to soften tension when possible.

AWARENESS OF THE ELEMENTS MEDITATION

This practice provides a different lens through which you can examine the body. Give yourself space to drop in and deeply investigate these elements in your body. Try to bring an open mind, and see what you can learn about yourself. Remember that mindfulness is about seeing clearly and looking at things from a new perspective can often bring that clarity.

STRONG BACK SOFT FRONT MEDITATION

This practice is inspired by Roshi Joan Halifax, Ph.D. One of her core teachings emphasizes the importance of cultivating a strong back and a soft front. This means developing the ability to remain grounded, open, and compassionate during challenging times, which is a valuable gift to ourselves. The meditation starts with a gentle Breath Meditation and gradually transitions into the Strong Back Soft Front Meditation. If you are short on time, you can either conclude the meditation after the Breath Meditation or skip directly to the Strong Back Soft Front Meditation.

Soul Reflection is a compilation of poems, carefully selected by Denise Coleman, as an additional support to helping you cultivate mindfulness in your daily life. Whether you are new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner, this compilation can be used as a practical tool, helping you in gathering and focussing your attention, dropping out of conceptual mind and into the present moment. Poetry can give us food for reflection and contemplation and it can provide guidance to help us deepen understanding of ourselves and our lives.
