As a native of South Carolina, Denise has grown up with a natural appreciation of what this picture perfect commmunity has to offer.  Upon graduating from Andrews Academy in 1984, in the small farming community of Andrews, South Carolina, Denise quickly chose Coastal Carolina University (formerly USC-Coastal) as her destination for higher education.  As expected, her love for the coast has kept her at the beach ever since!

Upon getting married in 1989 to a local contractor, Denise  "Unknowingly" started her Real Estate Career.  Her fascination of the building industry and love of being a part of that "new home excitement", has kept her in career she grows to love more each day.  

Denise assists both Buyers and Selles in all aspects of the Real Estate Industry.  Her experience with new construction to investment opportunities in the beach resort market has given her a well rounded education in pursuing her goal of truly "Making Beach Dreams A Reality"   

Denise is firm believer in "To Belong, You Must Participate".  Her career choice as a Realtor, proves just that. She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, A Member of the South Carolina Association of Realtors, and a member of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors.  Denise has served on the Coastal Carolina Assoc of Realtor  Grievance Committee and is a 2002 Leadership Graduate of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. She currently  serves on the Professional Standards Panel and is both a local and state Director for the Realtor Association.

In May of 2007, she was given the REALTOR IMAGE AWARD.  This award is voted on by the Realtor community. "This is  one of the highest compliments I could have been given". Continued education and knowledge is a key element to Denise's success.  She continually strives to better serve her clients thru education and staying in tune with the ever changing market conditions. In addition to extensive instruction in 1031 Tax Exchanges Denise holds multiple accreditations to include a Broker's Liscense,  ABR ( Accredited Buyer's Representative),  GRI( Graduate Realtor Institute), and the RRS( Resort Recreation Specialist). Denise has consistently ranked in the top 5% of agents within the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors as well as a leading multi-million dollar producer at Garden City Realty.

In Denise's free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially on the water.
